Truth Squad?

Now, there's nothing wrong with getting the truth out there, HOWEVER, having a special team of law enforcement agents going around regulating the lies is just absurd. This is politics! McCain did not hire a team of people to go make sure no one believed the Daily Kos smear against Palin and her daughter. Those lies about the McCain/Palin team out there are as obviously untrue as the ones about Obama.

Why's Obama got to be a whiner?

No Credit for McCain

Read First:

I find this extremely interesting. I recall McCain suspended his campaign last week to work on this deal and focus on the economy. Now Obama is going to swoop in and try and take credit for this? What the hell?

Both candidates are clueless when it comes to saving our economy, but Obama wants to make people believe he knows what to do. Charlatan!

Greg Gutfeld Debate Commentary Excerpt

Greg Gutfeld is just pure genius. Read his debate commentary. Here's an excerpt from the last part of it:
OKAY - LAST QUESTION - FINALLY - TERRORISM - THE MOST IMPORTANT DAMN QUESTION OF THE NIGHT!!

Will there be another 9/11?

(weird question, cuz you'd think it would be stupid for anyone to try to do it on that date, again. or, is it?)

Both agree we are safer than before. So pat on the back for Bush.

Funny - Bush solved the biggest problem we've encountered, so far.

Obama mentioned "root cause," but correctly, finally.

Wait. Obama just mentioned how "we" are perceived in the world, and how that affects terror. "We are less respected now." That statement betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of the world. Terrorists will not stop blowing you up, because they "respect" you. Terrorists will not stop killing innocent people because they "like" you.

They want to kill you, because you are NOT THEM.

Terrorism is the tool to create heaven on earth for a group of fundamental nuts. The fact that they like you or not, has nothing to do with it.

If anything, they leave you alone - if you kill them.

My Duty as an anti-Obama American

So the other day I saw one of MoveOn.org's Obama buttons planted in some public area, to advertise. I did my duty as a Culture Warrior against MoveOn.org and a good McCain supporter.

I found it a new home:

Honoring the Enemy?

Read First:

Ahmadinejad denies the Holocaust. He wants Israel "wiped off the map." He hates America.

Now he is going to be honored in New York.

It's bad enough that Barack Obama wants to appease this guy, but now he is going to be honored; ON OUR HOMELAND! This is ridiculous!

So who is behind the plans to honor Ahmadinejad? Christian groups!

These groups think they are being diplomatic and peaceful with the Iranian President, but really, they are just massaging the back of evil. This is not promoting peace or diplomatic, this is appeasement.

Where has appeasement gotten us in the past? Let's go back to Neville Chamberlain. He gave Hitler whatever he wanted and let him do anything he wanted, and wouldn't you know it, World War II began.

G'Day.

Hey did I mention Ahmedinejad was on with Larry King? On the show, King asked him about his kids and his family. O'Reilly compared it to Heinrich Himmler going to the UN, screaming anti-Semitic phrases and hate speech, then jumping into a taxi to CNN to talk about life with Larry King.

I'm Not Patriotic...

...At least according to Joe Biden, I'm not patriotic, since I do not pay enough taxes.

Read up:

So I guess the only way for a wealthy man to be patriotic is to be taxed until he is living on the streets, eating garbage and on the democrat's corrupt 'welfare' programs. That idea is starting to drift into commie territory. From what Biden said, it seems that he, Obama and the other tax hungry democratic politicians will be living at the top of society, while the rest of us Americans live like peasants.

It is not the American dream to work hard and have your earnings be taken from your pockets and put into another's. Here's a quote straight from the donkey's mouth:

"We want to take money and put it back in the pocket of middle-class people." -Joe Biden

Here is my official call on all Americans to quit their jobs if Obama gets elected. We don't need to make money or work hard; everyone will just get free hand outs!

G'day.

(By the way, Biden is Obama's VP choice, for those of you who have forgotten already. I know I'm guilty.)

Wednesday's News

"Shut up and Sing" - Laura Ingraham.
(Actually there was singing; by Barbara Streisand, of course.)

*     *     *     *     *

No, managing a campaign does not count. If you're going to count managing a campaign as 'Executive experience', John McCain still has more than you.

From the article:
“For Barack Obama to argue that he’s experienced enough to be president because he’s running for president is desperate circular logic and its laughable. It is a testament to Barack Obama’s inexperience and failing qualifications that he would stoop to passing off his candidacy as comparable to Governor Sarah Palin’s executive experience managing a budget of over $10 billion and more than 24,000 employees,” said spokesman Tucker Bounds.
Yes, I believe Obama was comparing his campaign to Gov. Palin's experience as a Mayor. He forgot that she governs the state of Alaska.

How low can the Obama supporters go? This one is just terrible.

Sucker Punched?

Today I decided to google my group's title to see what people have been writing about it. Truthfully there was not much, but I did happen to see this on a blog:
I just removed a girl I went to high school with from my Facebook because she joined the group Stop Barack Obama: (one million strong against communism). I’ve never removed anyone before, and I’m all for celebrating differing political viewpoints, but flat-out ignorance is another thing all together. Communism? How can she not realize joining that group simply reveals her as an elitist idiot?
The blog author is unknown to me, but whomever it may be is very much, indeed, a pinhead.

To this anonymous author:
I write this in defense of your high school classmate. How interesting of you to say "I'm all for celebrating differing political viewpoints" when that statement, clearly, is an untruth. You are just so good for 'defriending' your classmate. Now why should I care?

Well, you seem to think my group is "flat-out ignorance" and its members are "elitist idiot[s]." I will bet that you took one glance at the group title and picture and came to a conclusion from there. Perhaps you should try and read the description and see where we stand, unless, of course, you cannot handle the truth.

You are in no way accepting or tolerant of all political views if you removed your friend and labeled her as an elitist. And maybe you are accepting and tolerant of other political views; only the ones that are most like yours.

G'day.

Harry Reid Sees the Future

Read:
FOX NEWS: "REID SLIPS, CALLS GOP NOMINEE ‘PRESIDENT MCCAIN’"

Way to defend Obama by referring to Senator McCain as 'President McCain'.

On Racism

Recently I've been hearing and seeing a lot of talk about racism. I've heard Obama supporters accuse McCain supporters, unfairly, of being racist, and I've seen some McCain supporters say the same of Obama supporters. I'd like to explain a little about racism, and my thoughts on it. First off, let us begin with a definition of racism provided by dictionary.com.

rac·ism /ˈreɪsɪzəm/ [rey-siz-uhm] –noun
1.a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
2.a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
3.hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

So, according to this definition, racism is the intolerance of any other race because you feel that your race is superior. As far as I can see, according to this definition, not supporting a man who isn't even entirely black because you don't agree with his views is not racism. However, voting for someone solely because he's partially black and for no reason otherwise can be considered racism, not towards him, but towards every other race.

Trust me when I say this, there are some prejudiced people out there who will most likely not be voting for one candidate over the other only because of the color of their skin. But also trust me when I say this, based on those people, do not judge everyone else. There are many people who refuse to vote for Obama because they feel as I do. They feel he is just wrong for the country, not ready for the task of the presidency and not ready to lead our country through tough times, or easy times. The presidency is like marriage in my eyes, you need to stick with the United States in sickness and in health, for better and for worse, no matter what people think of you or your country, because the only thing that matters is that your people are happy. The rest of the world is irrelevant. I don't think Obama is ready for this marriage of himself and his country. I don't think his political ideas are all that great either, but right now that's not what I'm focusing on.

Remember, just because someone does not support someone who's skin tone is different than their own, it does not make them a racist. Usually it just means they just don't agree. We don't live in the 1800s, the 1900s, or the 1950s anymore. There are no slaves, no segregation laws, and there should be no more racism. Unfortunately some people, of all races, cannot bring themselves to see this. That, and that alone, depresses me more than anything else I've seen in this election. I've seen people who want to vote for Obama because he is black and they feel America needs a president who isn't white. Please, think before you act. A black president in America would be great, it would show that our country is diverse and willing to accept anyone, but if the man isn't right for the country his race shouldn't be a factor.

Now, with that out of the way let's make something clear. Race is a classification. As far as I can see, people going around trying to stop racism against black skinned people, white skinned people, yellow skinned people, etc, are all misguided. In this country there is no black, white, yellow, red, or anything else, or at least there shouldn't be. There should only be one race. The American race. Not African-American, Caucasian-American, Italian-American, Asian-American, just American. We are all one race of people, and we should start acting like it. When I look at the United States I want to see a melting pot of different skin colors and ethnicities, not a broken up mosaic of people trying to separate themselves because they look different or come from a different heritage. The only way to truly end racism is not to get one group of people to accept another group, it's to get every single group of people to accept that they are the same. That they are all American. And that bond, that one, singular race, should overpower any other race that may exist in this country.

So remember; this November, do not think black or white, think American. Do not think color or heritage, think what's best for the country. We may be black, white, brown, yellow, red, purple, green, blue and orange, but above all of that we are American. Think about who is the best American for the job. Think about who is best for the American race as a whole. Do not worry how the world will judge the U.S, just how YOU will judge the U.S, because in the end that is all that matters. In the end there is no race, there is no color, there is just American.

NEVER FORGET: 9-11-01

Please take some time out of your day to remember those who lost their lives 7 years ago today. They will never be forgotten.

Also do not forget about the American soldiers fighting for us in the Middle East.
"The attacks of September 11 were intended to break our spirit, instead we have emerged stronger and more unified. We feel renewed devotion to the principles of political, economic and religious freedom, the rule of law and respect for human life. We are more determined than ever to live our lives in freedom."

BIKINI PHOTO FRAUD AND OTHER RUMORS"

This is why CNN fails to produce as many viewers as Fox News. They are blatantly biased and people are starting to realize it. CNN is supposed to report the news, but instead they chose to spread the smear on Palin and televise lies to their viewers.

The Second Pinhead: Oprah

Read First:

In response to this, Oprah said she will not have on either candidate on her show while they are running for President. Evidently, this includes Gov. Palin. I understand what Oprah is trying to say here: She doesn't want her show to seem biase
d if she has either candidate on. That sounds fair. Right? NO!

Oprah has rallied with Obama and openly supports him! If you want proof, you can read this article from the liberal New York Times: "Oprah Winfrey Hits Campaign Trail for Obama"

FoxForums:"Brits for Barack. Who Gives a Toss?"

Now I found this FoxForum quite interesting and extremely relevant to the group. I have noticed the many Canadians and Europeans who come in to slander us and praise Obama. Good for them. They can't vote!

Click here to read and discuss

Here is the first post by John Moody, Executive VP of Fox News:

“The world’s verdict will be harsh if the US rejects the man it yearns for.”

I had to read this headline in The Guardian, a British left-wing newspaper, twice, to make sure I wasn’t misinterpreting it. But sure enough, there was columnist Jonathan Freedland telling Americans how to vote. He said that, since Gov. Sarah Palin’s nomination at the GOP candidate for vice president, he felt at first “pessimistic.” That, he informs us, was quickly replaced by indignation as he saw that… people liked her!

Another fine America-hating British institution, the BBC, paid for a poll of 22,000 non-Americans to ask them who they wanted to be president. Guess what? Nearly one in two prefers Barack Obama. Only one in five wanted John McCain. That leaves 30% who had the right answer: they don’t know who should be president of our –- not their –- country.

Four years ago, a British writer made more news than he intended when he said that U.S. elections should be open to citizens of the whole world, since Americans had shown they weren’t smart enough to pick the right candidate.

Here’s a news flash: we don’t mind hearing what you think. But we still decide who will run our country. Not happy about that? Bit of hard luck.

I felt this post hit the spot. Bullseye. Whether foreigners want Obama or McCain, the bottom line is that they can't vote. It's our country. I also find it funny that the Brits want to take part in our election. In 1776, we broke away from them, now they want to join us?

O'Reilly interviews O'Bama

"Caution! You are about to enter the No Spin Zone"

Part Two: Click here to watch
Part Three: Click here to watch

Quick notes:
You may hear people say O'Reilly "shouted down" Obama in the interview. Don't be fooled. Obama has been training and preparing for months to appear in the No Spin Zone. He says things like "Hold on, let me make my point" to make it seem like O'Reilly is not letting him speak.

O'Reilly did a great job getting Obama to give some straight answers. This interview was for the most part extremely fair to Obama, especially compared to those softballed interviews on the liberal news. Watch all four parts to the interview because they are quite informative, and you can learn a bit about Obama from them.

PART FOUR AIRS TOMORROW!

The tide turns...

If there is one moment that truly has defined this election cycle, it is McCain's choice of Sarah Palin for the VP slot. For all the talk of "change," Sen. Obama has not been able to claw ahead far enough from McCain in the polls to guarantee himself victory in November. Now, it looks like his chances are slipping further, and now the advantage is McCain's.

By any measure, the Palin choice has been brilliant: both in how it has energized the conservative base of the Republican Party, and how it has attracted the irrational hatred of the liberal media. Thanks to her, McCain now leads Obama in an RCP average by 3.2 points, and in one poll by a margin of 10 points (USA Today/Gallup).

So what is it about Palin that attracts us to her? Is it the articulate manner in which she expresses her home-grown conservative values? Or maybe it's the wit with which she derides Obama's lack of experience (yes, Palin is more experienced than Obama)? These are rhetorical questions, of course. Palin stands on the right side of the issues. She is for lower taxes - not just for the middle class, but for everyone. She is against pork-barrel spending. She is for the right to life. In short, she practices and preaches Reagan conservatism.

Many are quick to forget that, in spite of the fact that we have had Republican presidents for 20 of the last 28 years, we have had only one conservative - Reagan. Even if we elect McCain, that number will remain the same. But by electing McCain, we are electing a conservative - Sarah Palin. America is a conservative nation. It's time to have another conservative in our higher offices.

"Democrats are not caring for their Stars and Stripes"

This isn't just any flag. This is the American flag and you must show respect for it and your country.

Read First

Democrats and more specifically Obama, have been labeled as 'unpatriotic'. Perhaps that label is not too far from the truth, after 84 bags of U.S. Flags, used at the DNC, were found, waiting to be taken to the dump. There is no excuse for these flags being trashed. From the article:
U.S. Code says the proper method for disposing of an American flag is actually burning, provided it is “no longer a fitting emblem for display.”

The United States Flag Store, which sells full-sized and miniature flags, says on its Web site that flags can also be put in the trash, when they are “worn, damaged or tattered beyond repair."
These flags were obviously not "worn, damaged or tattered beyond repair.", so there is still no excuse. What the DNC organizers should have done is collect the flags and have them placed on memorials throughout the city. Actually, that's what the McCain campaign is doing with the leftover flags that they have after his rally in Colorado Springs.

And apart from the patriotism issue, the Democrats are also doing a disservice to the environment, something they care for so much. They preach recycling, which is not a bad thing, however you should practice what you preach.

More viewers for McCain than Obama...

This report fom Bloomberg.com shows a great turnout for McCain:

Republican presidential candidate John McCain attracted 38.9 million television viewers to his acceptance speech last night, Nielsen Media Research said. The total exceeded the 38.4 million who watched Democratic nominee Barack Obama last month. Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, McCain's vice presidential running mate, drew 37.2 million on Sept. 3 after three days of intense media coverage.

What makes this even more exciting is the fact that McCain didn't have as many networks covering him as Obama did, further evidence that the media circus surrounding Obama has not guaranteed the "Messiah's" election.

Wednesday's Obama Bashing RNC Speeches

Let's see Obama recover from these speeches!

Here are the four major speeches from last night at the RNC. (Videos from Foxnews.com) My favorites are Giuliani and Huckabee's speeches. I love how Giuliani reacts to the crowd's chants and Huck's 'school desk' story. Great job to all four of you. All of last night's speeches were more meaningful and powerful than the 'feel good speeches' of the Democrats at the DNC.

Just a reminder: watch the O'Reilly Factor tonight at 8 PM EST. BARACK OBAMA IS GOING TO APPEAR ON THE FACTOR TONIGHT! Don't miss this historical episode.

Looney left wing media and Palin

Why has the looney left wing media been hounding and writing defamatory articles on Sarah and Bristol Palin? The left loved Hillary...shouldn't they be happy that a woman is McCain's vp? Hell no. They want a woman, but it has to be a liberal woman.

The media is just ruthless towards Palin. Take a look at the article the Daily Kos wrote about Bristol Palin and Sarah Palin's down syndrome baby. Absolutely despicable. I will not post a link to this article, for I have no respect for the Daily Kos and they do not deserve to be linked to. Feel free however to look it up.

The media is not at all Fair and Balanced. They should just leave the Palin family alone. The left whined and complained about the supposed 'right-wing smear' against their Obamessiah and they tried to demonize the Republicans. They called the right fear-mongers, haters and racists. Now, let's take a look at which party really are the smear merchants.

Don't get me wrong, but it is not all the Democrats that are part of this game. However it is the small part of the left that are the misinformed (dumb) Hollywood stars, Secular Progressives and the Far Left loons are the ones with the strong voices in the party, hence the fact that they also control the media.

They're not at all for women; but for liberal women

So This is What Obama Supporters Are Like?

On the side of the blog, you can see that I think hate mail is a great topic starter. The message, via Facebook, which I just received is no different.

"Your "anti-obama" group is misnamed. I am more than sure that the president is just a figurehead. He is not promoting communism. Honestly, I think that if the other canidate gets elected that womans rights will go back to what they were 100 years ago. I understand that everyone has their own political views however, when it comes to these elections its a vote between two evils.

Stop being a racist redneck and pull your head out of your ass.

Thanks"

Oh boy, those are some pretty big claims there, so bear with me while I take them down one by one.

"Your "anti-obama" group is misnamed. I am more than sure that the president is just a figurehead. He is not promoting communism."

The admin of "Stop Barack Obama (One Million Strong Against Communism)" and I have both stated that we do not believe Obama is a communist. However, he does have many views that can be traced back to Marxism, socialism, and communism. The group was inherited by CJ from a previous admin, and therefore the name could not be changed. If the author of this message had taken the time to read through the group description, and maybe a post or two, she would have realized that the claim that she was making was ridiculous. And as for the president being a figurehead, there is no possible way she can be "more than sure" that he is a figurehead. A figurehead is someone meant to represent something, but with no actual power. I'm more than sure that the President of the United States of America is NOT a figurehead, and that he is the leader of the executive branch of the government. Unless someone can give me solid proof that the President is a figurehead, I find that claim to be utterly ridiculous.

"Honestly, I think that if the other canidate gets elected that womans rights will go back to what they were 100 years ago."

Can anybody show me McCain's plans for revoking women's suffrage, and all their other rights? I don't think so. I find it odd that the candidate with a female running mate can, at the same time, be the one pushing to strip women of their rights. Is it even possible for someone who respected a woman enough to ask her to run for vice-president alongside him, despite all the "problems" the media is beginning to expose with her personal life, to think she deserves no rights at the same time? That claim is laughable at best.

"I understand that everyone has their own political views however, when it comes to these elections its a vote between two evils."

McCain was not my first choice for the Republican presidential candidate, that would be Rudy Giuliani. However, this election is not an election between two evils. It is an election between views that will benefit the country and views that will help the country into rapid decline. Many people aren't able to determine which side has which of the aforementioned views. I personally believe that most of John McCain's views will benefit the country, while many of Barack Obama's views will only weaken the U.S.A. But as she said, everyone has their own political views.

"Stop being a racist redneck and pull your head out of your ass."

That one sentence was the main reason I decided to rant about this message. For those of you that don't know what a redneck is, like the author of this message, here is the definition according to Dictionary.com:

1. an uneducated white farm laborer, esp. from the South.
2. a bigot or reactionary, esp. from the rural working class.
–adjective
3. Also, red-necked. narrow, prejudiced, or reactionary: a redneck attitude.

Now then, I am far from uneducated, yes I am white, but I am not a farm laborer, and since when was New York in the south? Definition one definitely does not describe me.

I am not intolerant of any opposing beliefs and opinions, and I do not oppose change, I just oppose the bad change Obama offers. So there goes the idea that I'm a bigot and a reactionary. So definition two doesn't fit either.

My views are not narrow and prejudiced, and we already learned that I'm not a reactionary. I'm very open to new ideas, if someone can prove to me that something will work better than something else, I'll accept the idea. I am a conservative because people have proved to me, and I have seen for myself, that many liberal ideas will not work. So there goes definition three.

Now to look into the claim that I am racist. I love that I can have friends among every racial group imaginable, believe that skin pigmentation is not something that should separate people in the world, but the second I refuse to support Barack Obama, who isn't entirely African American himself, I become a racist. For the record, I support John McCain and not Barack Obama because I agree more with McCain's views. If McCain was black I would support him just as much as I do now. As I stated before, race shouldn't matter.

To sum up my reaction to the statement that I am "a racist redneck" and need to "pull [my] head out of [my] ass." I think that the author of the message is the one who needs to pull their head out of their ass, and stop making such outrageous claims because of who I support, don't support and how I choose to voice my opinion until they do their research.

"Thanks"

No no no, thank YOU! Thank you for providing me with this perfect topic starter. Thank you for making me think that many Obama supporters do not know what they're talking about and only vote for this man because they don't want to be labeled as a racist. Thank you for being a complete and total idiot and making it possible for me to tear your hate-mail apart piece by piece. Thank you very, very much.

Super Vlad Saves the Day!

Read First:
FOX NEWS: "Russian Strongman Putin Reportedly Saves TV Crew From Tiger Attack"

'Don't be a Flapdoodle'

It turns out 'Strongman' Putin is trying to hypnotize his own people in Russia. Today his latest publicity stunt was tranquilizing a tiger and saving a TV crew from attack. Of course, he went to visit this Russian wildlife preserve and just happened to be armed with a gun and wearing camouflage. Seriously, how pathetic can he get? Perhaps Vlad should come out with a comic book series about himself and all the crazy things he has done. Look out Obama, looks like someone is trying to steal your international star status.

And if this post is gone or the blog has been vandalized within a few days, you will know who did it.
